All orders are processed Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same business day.

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at hello@ikecho.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your jewellery back in its original packaging.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition and includes all packaging and certificates. Earrings, custom or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.

All of our pearls are completely natural. We work with trusted pearl farmers and suppliers around the world to source high-quality Freshwater, Akoya, South Sea and Tahitian pearls. Every pearl forms naturally within the oyster or mussel, which means each one has its own unique shape, lustre and character. These natural variations are what make pearl jewellery so special and no two pieces exactly the same.

All of our opals are genuine Australian opals, sourced from some of the country’s most renowned mining regions. We also work closely with trusted suppliers around the world to source high-quality, natural pearls. As natural gemstones, each piece has its own unique colour, pattern and character, so slight variations from product photos are normal.

Put pearls on last and take them off first. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and harsh cleaners, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store them separately from other jewellery to prevent scratching.

Keep opals away from extreme heat, rapid temperature changes and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth, then dry thoroughly before storing in a padded box or pouch.
